Happy Father's Day

Celebrating Dads 💙

Today I want to celebrate two amazing men—my sons—who are not only incredible individuals, but truly wonderful fathers. They work hard, lead with love, and give so much of themselves to their families. Watching them show up with strength, patience, and heart fills me with the deepest pride and gratitude. It’s one of life’s greatest joys to see your children become devoted, loving parents.

I also want to take a moment to honor my dad, who’s been gone for 26 years. Not a day goes by that I don’t carry his memory with me. There was a time when Father’s Day felt difficult, when the ache of missing him overshadowed the celebration. But in time, I learned to focus on the good memories—the laughter, the lessons, and the love that still lives on in me. His presence remains a quiet strength in my life.

I know today may feel different for each person. For some, it’s a day of barbecues, hugs, and time well spent with family. For others, it may come with a sense of loss, distance, or longing—for a father who’s passed, a child who is missed, or relationships that aren’t what we hoped they’d be.

Wherever you find yourself today, I hope you feel seen, supported, and surrounded by love.

Here’s to the dads who are here, the dads we miss, the men stepping up every day, and to those doing their best in whatever role they play. And to all the sons and daughters carrying their fathers in heart and memory—you’re not alone.

Happy Father’s Day to all. Let’s celebrate love, legacy, and the quiet strength that holds families together.
